The problem
Due to sensitivity of the information that Traiana deal with on a regular basis, they set out to find a tool that could prevent misdirected emails without warning the user every time they sent an external email. They found that Tessian’s machine learning approach provided them with the intelligent solution they needed.
The solution
Tessian was rolled out firm-wide at Traiana. After an initial period, Tessian presented a detailed report containing email statistics and misdirected emails caught by Guardian. As well as preventing several emails from being sent the wrong recipient, Tessian also provided Traiana with a valuable insight into their email traffic and common sending behaviors.
Tessian is now used by Traiana to prevent multiple potential data leaks every day.
